Website and access requests

The site describes Nool and provides an access-request form. Sending the form creates no contract and does not guarantee acceptance. You are responsible for accurate information and for having the right to use the email address you provide.

Product descriptions are current when published and are not a binding offer. Features may evolve, while a signed customer agreement remains the binding source.

The product

Nool is software installed on customer-controlled infrastructure. A separate licence agreement defines pricing, support, service levels, security and each party's responsibilities. That separate agreement prevails if it conflicts with this page.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site or form for spam, abuse or unlawful material.
• Do not bypass protection or verification, including Turnstile.
• Do not disrupt the site with excessive automated requests or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not impersonate anyone or submit data you have no right to use.

We may restrict violating use to protect the site and its visitors.

Intellectual property and links

The Nool name and mark, site content and design, and product software belong to their owners or licensors. Browsing grants no right beyond ordinary personal use. External links are provided for reference and do not endorse another party's content.

External services

The website relies on Cloudflare for hosting and protection and Resend for email. Availability may depend on those services. The privacy policy explains their data processing, and the cookie policy lists technical storage.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided as available. To the extent law permits, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or a consumer's mandatory rights.

Law and changes

Saudi Arabian law governs these terms, and Riyadh courts have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum. If one term is invalid, the remainder continues.

We update the date when these terms change. A material change does not apply retrospectively to an existing agreement. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
